New Hampshire supports a wide array of growing industries, from aerospace and software development to the rapidly emerging biotech sector. A broad range of manufacturing and service industries are based in the state, producing everything from computer software, precision tool machinery, composite aircraft parts and carbon nanotubes, to speciality products such as firearms, footwear and Shaker-style furniture.

Headquartered in Denmark, Novo Nordisk recently expanded to West Lebanon, NH where it will produce active pharmaceutical ingredients.

BAE Systems, a UK-based company, employs over 4000 people in New Hampshire and often uses the two airports for both international and national flights.

LIFESTYLE
Many young, active and talented people find that New Hampshire has communities that offer outdoor recreation from golf to mountain climbing; a thriving music scene; active nightlife; and bustling streets with outdoor cafés and small retail shops that stay open late at night.
